What positive impressions did I make? What negative impressions did I make? Was there anything I should have said but didn’t? What other questions should I have asked? What questions would I have answered differently? Why? How did I feel immediately after the interview? How do I feel now?
List a minimum of four reasons why you might be rejected for a job offer.
The position wasn’t what you though you applied for. You presented yourself poorly in the interview. You showed up avoidably late. The position was posted, but the company already had an internal candidate. The position was eliminated. Your personality conflicted with the interviewer.
What form of thank-you letter would you prefer to send? Snail mail or e-mail? Handwritten or typed?
