I am not happy with my new Zippy 700 mountain bike because it has the following problems the back tire does not match the front tire, and the leather seat has a hole in it.
My mom drove me to a Zippy repair shop. I wish I could say that your repair people fixed the problems I cannot. I bought a Zippy because of your company's well known reputation for quality bikes. Please ship me a replacement back tire and a leather seat.
