Answer the following question in 3-4 complete sentences. Define the term, layout. Look at the image below. Describe the layout. Do you find it engaging? What draws you to it? Be specific in your descriptions and opinions.

Answer:

Layout is the way text, images, and other visual elements are arranged on a page. This cover has a large headline and dramatic jet image in the center, while smaller story banners run across the top and bottom. I find it engaging because the oversized lettering, strong red and yellow accents, and image of the jet make the cover feel bold and exciting. The words “Top-Secret Warplanes of Area 51” especially draw me in because they make me curious about the story.
