Describe what endurance training is and explain in detail the four components of endurance training.
Endurance training increases the ability to sustain high-quality athletic ability over time. It includes aerobic endurance, anaerobic endurance, speed endurance, and strength endurance. Aerobic endurance is when the body's demands for oxygen and fuel can be met. Anaerobic endurance is when the body's demand for oxygen exceeds the rate of supply. Speed endurance is used to develop the coordination of the muscles. Strength endurance is used to maintain the quality of the body's muscles.

How do both individual and team sports contribute to a healthy environment?
Athletes are conscious of what they put into their bodies. Drinking fresh water and breathing fresh air are important to athletes. They want to practice and play on clean surfaces and fields, so they help keep their areas clear of trash and debris. They only play on safe surfaces, as well. This awareness contributes to their environment and motivates others to keep the environment clean.
Discuss how team sports can positively affect your spiritual health.
Team sports can give an individual a sense of purpose. During game play, participants often experience a sense of euphoria, or happiness, that comes from this sense of purpose, from doing something well, and from doing something that is really enjoyable. Spiritual health can also be elevated by working in harmony with teammates and by knowing how to win or lose with grace.
