Answer
A
to request information about the conference
B
to offer suggestions about topics for the conference
C
to explain how the conference would benefit the writer
D
to apply for a position to work at the conference
Explanation
Pat says they are writing because the conference sometimes hires volunteers, and they have enclosed a resume and references.
