What did Abigail Adams ask the founders of the new government?

Abigail Adams urged the leaders creating the new government to “remember the ladies” and consider women’s rights when making laws. She warned that women would not be bound by laws in which they had no voice. The request was about women’s rights, not unlimited power for landowners or education for boys.
