Referral Program Terms

1. How it works

Share your referral link or invite friends to the Revolt Discord server. When a friend you brought in pays for Revolt, you earn a share of what they paid. These terms apply on top of our Terms of Service. By taking part in the program you agree to both.

2. Who counts as your friend

• Only paying friends count, for rewards and for tiers. Joins, clicks, sign-ups and free keys earn nothing on their own.
• First connection wins. A friend belongs to the first referrer who connects to them, through a link or a Discord invite. That connection is permanent.
• New customers only. Someone who already paid for Revolt before you connected them can't become your friend.
• An invite lapses if the friend doesn't pay within 6 months of being connected.
• A friend counts toward your tier once their first payment has settled with no refund or chargeback. One subscription is one friend, however many school accounts it covers.
• Completion orders never earn rewards and don't count toward tiers.

3. Rewards and tiers

You earn a percentage of what each friend actually paid (after discounts, excluding tax and any Revolt credit they used) for a set window starting at their first payment. The current rates are:

Your tier at the time of each payment sets its rate, reward type and window. Levelling up is not back-dated. Tiers never go down, except when a referrer is removed from the program.

4. Settling, refunds and chargebacks

• Every reward is pending for 14 days after the friend's payment. Pending money can't be spent or withdrawn.
• If a friend's payment is refunded or charged back, the matching reward is taken back, even after it has settled.
• If that money was already spent or withdrawn, your balance can go negative. Your next earnings pay it off first.

5. Revolt credit

Tier 1 rewards are Revolt credit. Once settled, credit can be spent on new keys (to keep or gift), key extensions, humanization words, or money off your own subscription. Credit never expires, and it can't be withdrawn, sold or transferred to another account.

6. Cash withdrawals (Tier 2 and 3)

• To withdraw you must be 18 or older, accept these terms, and complete payout setup with our payment provider, Stripe. If you can't, you keep earning and spending your balance as credit.
• Withdrawals are paid in USDC to the wallet you enter on Stripe's form. The minimum withdrawal is $10, and only settled money can be withdrawn. Nothing is paid out automatically.
• Withdrawals may be reviewed before they're sent, including your first one and large amounts.
• When your payout wallet changes, withdrawals pause for 72 hours to protect your account.
• Cash rewards are referral commissions. You're responsible for any taxes on them, and we may ask for tax information before sending further payouts.

8. Changes to the program

Revolt may change rates, tiers, windows or other parts of the program with notice. Rewards already recorded keep the rate they were earned at.
