Talia’s English class had an assignment in which they had to write a career plan including all the aspects that they discussed in class. Talia wrote the following plan:“I want to be a veterinarian and work with animals. I would like to open a practice in my hometown, have at least four employees and eventually earn six figures. To do this, I need to finish high school, graduate from a four-year-degree university, and get my doctorate degree. I am going to try and get an internship while I am in school with a local vet.”
