Edgenuity on Phone: iPhone, iPad & Android (2026)
EDGENUITY AUTOMATION

Yes, you can do Edgenuity on a phone. Edgenuity is built for computers, but classic Edgenuity courses open in a mobile browser on iPhone, iPad and Android. Some things may still need a computer depending on your school, like tests that require a lockdown browser or proctoring. For everyday lessons, videos and quizzes, a phone works.
You can also run Revolt on your phone. On iPhone and iPad that's through the Focus browser app; on Android it's Firefox with the Violentmonkey add-on. If you'd rather keep the work on your computer, you can control it from your phone instead. Here's how each option works.
What works on mobile (and what doesn't)
| Platform | Revolt on phone | Best option |
|---|---|---|
| Classic Edgenuity | Yes: iPhone/iPad (Focus) and Android (Firefox + Violentmonkey) | Run directly on your phone |
| EdgeX | Experimental | Run on a computer, control from your phone |
| Edmentum | Untested on phones | Run on a computer, control from your phone |
| Subject | Untested on phones | Run on a computer |
Mobile support is built around classic Edgenuity (learn.edgenuity.com). EdgeX on mobile is experimental, so expect rough edges. Edmentum and Subject are untested on phones, so run the Revolt script on a computer.
Edgenuity on iPhone and iPad
On iOS, Revolt runs through the Focus browser app rather than Safari. The full walkthrough is on the iPhone and iPad download page. The short version:
- 1Install the Focus browser app from the App Store.
- 2Open the Revolt download page in Focus and follow the iOS steps to add the Revolt userscript.
- 3Get a key from the pricing page if you don't have one yet.
- 4Sign in to Edgenuity inside Focus, the same way you would on a computer (including Clever or ClassLink if your school uses them).
- 5Open a course and activate your key when Revolt asks for it.
iPad works the same way and is more comfortable for longer sessions thanks to the bigger screen.
Edgenuity on Android
Chrome on Android doesn't support extensions like Tampermonkey, so Revolt runs on Android through Firefox with the Violentmonkey userscript manager. The step-by-step guide is on the Android download page:
- 1Install Firefox from the Google Play Store.
- 2Add the Violentmonkey add-on to Firefox.
- 3Open the Revolt download page in Firefox and install the Revolt userscript through Violentmonkey.
- 4Get a key from the pricing page if you need one.
- 5Sign in to Edgenuity in Firefox, open a course, and activate your key.
Pick your device and follow the setup steps. It takes a few minutes.
Set up Revolt on iPhoneThe alternative: run it on your computer, control it from your phone
If your class is on EdgeX or Edmentum, or you just want the full feature set, run the Revolt script on your computer and use the Remote Control Dashboard from your phone. You can watch the tab live (switch to the sharp HD view with one click on the computer), tap, scroll and type into it, all from your phone. It works for Edgenuity, EdgeX, Edmentum and Subject. The Remote Control guide walks through setup.
And if you don't want your computer on at all, Cloud Completions finish Edgenuity and EdgeX classes on Revolt's servers. You can check in with Live View and get Discord alerts when a class starts, finishes or needs you.
If Revolt doesn't show up on your phone
Most mobile setup problems come down to a few things. Run through these before asking for help:
- •Make sure you opened Edgenuity in Focus (iPhone/iPad) or Firefox (Android), not your phone's default browser.
- •On Android, check that the Revolt userscript is installed and enabled in Violentmonkey.
- •Reload the Edgenuity page after installing, so the script loads fresh.
- •Confirm your course is classic Edgenuity at learn.edgenuity.com. EdgeX on mobile is experimental.
- •Still stuck? The docs and the Discord community can help.
Tips for doing Edgenuity on a phone
- •Use Wi-Fi. Edgenuity is video-heavy and burns through mobile data.
- •Keep the phone plugged in for long sessions; video playback drains the battery.
- •Leave tests that need a lockdown browser or proctoring for a computer, since those usually won't run on a phone.
- •Turn on Work Hours so automation only runs during the hours you choose, with breaks if you want them.
- •Rotate to landscape on small screens so the lesson player has room.
